Rubber Prices for the month of August 2008

Monthly average prices.
Price of RSS 3/Kg on International market was Rs. 127.20/-
Price of Domestic RSS 4 at Kottayam Market was Rs. 137.82/-
I sold my RSS 1&2 (Sun dried sheets) per kg for Rs. 126.47/-
The reason for the higher price in August above International was to bring maximum stock to market to show high month end stock before peak season to reduce price. Production in August was greater than July and higher price in Domestic price with an aim to stop export and to publish higher stock with farmers at month end of August by Rubber Board. At this time Rubber Board shows the higher stock with farmers which is not available with them. The continuing publication of negative missing from last few years is an evidence of showing higher stock than actual.

അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ആര്.എസ്.എസ് 3 ന്റെ വില 135 രൂപയോടടുത്തുവരെ എത്തിയെന്ന് ഗ്രാഫ് കാണിക്കുന്നുണ്ടല്ലോ. പിന്നെ എങ്ങനെ 127.20 രൂപയായി മാറി. ശരാശരി വിലയാണോ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്? -
